Items purchased through  amalthrea.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery free of charge. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Please allow up to 10 days from the arrival of your return at our facility for inspection and processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. No makeup, alterations, stains, or signs of wear are allowed.

Remember: shipping, duties, and taxes prior to return are non-refundable. Additionally, if a buyer declines to accept a parcel, the costs of return shipping and duties will be the buyer's responsibility. 

To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@amalthrea.com and our team will do the rest of the process for you. Do not return any items without obtaining return authorisation. Only authorised returns will be refunded.

Return, exchange, and refund requests are processed only on business days. We do not handle return-related requests on weekends, but we will address them promptly on Monday. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect unusual or excessive return activity.

We offer a one-time exchange or replacement for returnable items. Once your return is received, the new order will be shipped. Exchanged or replaced items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we notice unusual or excessive return activity.

Due to their unique characteristics, some of our items must fulfil the following criteria to be returned or exchanged:

Clothes: must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached; must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.

Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.

Customisable items: these items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they have been customised.

Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.

Special packaging and additional accessories: items with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, carriers, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories in the same condition.
