To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we will ship your order from the warehouse nearest to your location. This helps us reduce shipping time and deliver your dress as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped with standard mail. they usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Amalthrea offer free standard shipping in 60+ countries.  If you need faster mail  DHL/Fedex/ UPS service are also available.Please also notice that standard mail to US/EU/UAE are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price.

Please note that the costs associated with shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if collected. Additionally, any expenses related to the return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please pay attention to the fact that we create every single dress individually and each item is produced in dedication to each order.
Normally, the production period contains up to 1-2 business days, depending on:

1) quantity of items included in the order;
2) dress complexity and specifics;
3) availability of all the necessary information for production ( size and colour confirmation, customisation details, etc.).

We also have ready to ship items that are in stock and available to be shipped ASAP. Processing of these items contains up to 2 business days.

Once your order has arrived at the post office in your country you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days!

Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss. 

If you need your item(s) sooner please contact our team directly via email at customercare@amalthrea.com. Any shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
